This drama presents itself as a mature melodramatic romance, and in a lot of ways it is, but a good portion of this drama also centers around Hospice care, which means a lot of stories about death.

1) (trying not to spoil) A cliche that was used to get a certain result out of the leads felt too cheap, the writer could have done better. 2) Some unfortunate elevator-style music choice. 3) Poor directing approach at times, which made some scenes feel out of place/choppy.
